Privacy policy

This policy explains how Beundra AB, operating as Blue Rose Apps (“we”), handles information when you use IQ Mog on iOS or Android.

Information kept on your device

Workouts, practice records, scores, plans, settings, streaks, reports, and related training history stay on your device. IQ Mog is local-first. There is no account, and we do not operate a cloud profile for your cognitive results.

Removing the app, or using Reset all local data in Settings, deletes this on-device information. We cannot restore it.

Purchases

Apple processes App Store payments and Google processes Google Play payments for IQ Mog Pro. RevenueCat helps the app verify, restore, and manage the subscription. RevenueCat processes an automatically generated anonymous app user identifier, purchase history, product and entitlement identifiers, and limited app and device information needed to validate and restore purchases under its own privacy terms.

We do not receive your Apple ID, Google account credentials, payment-card details, or a name from the purchase. Deleting the app or your local profile does not cancel the subscription. Manage or cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.

Optional information you send us

Support email is optional. If you write to us, we receive whatever you include. IQ Mog does not automatically send diagnostic files or cognitive trial answers to us.

Reminders

Training reminders use your device’s local notification system after you choose a time and grant permission. Reminder schedules stay on your device, and reminder copy does not include cognitive scores.

Optional anonymous analytics

Anonymous analytics are off by default. If you enable them in Settings, IQ Mog sends limited product-interaction events to PostHog EU Cloud so we can understand which parts of the app are used and where people stop in a flow. These events may include an automatically generated pseudonymous installation identifier, approximate country, app version, operating-system version, device category, selected subscription period, and coarse training-duration ranges.

PostHog may use the network address briefly to derive approximate country, then the project is configured to discard the network address. Analytics never include your name, email, advertising identifier, cognitive scores, trial answers, positions, sounds, training level, exact training duration, reminder time, purchase identifier, or free-form text. We do not identify you or create an analytics account profile.

You may turn anonymous analytics off at any time. IQ Mog then opts out, clears queued analytics, and replaces the local anonymous identifier before any later opt-in.

Why we process this information

Local training data exists so the app can run offline. Purchase information exists so Pro access can be unlocked and restored. Optional analytics exist only to improve the app after your consent. Support mail exists only to answer you. Legal bases include your consent, performing our contract with you, and our legitimate interests in operating and protecting IQ Mog.

Sharing and international processing

Information is shared only with the providers needed to run the app — Apple or Google for the applicable store, RevenueCat, and PostHog when analytics are enabled — or when required by law. We require these providers to protect information to the same or an equivalent standard described in this policy. Some providers may process data outside Sweden or the European Economic Area using appropriate transfer safeguards. We do not sell personal data and we do not use cognitive scores for advertising.

Retention and security

On-device data remains until you delete it or remove the app. Subscription records follow the applicable store and RevenueCat retention needed to support the purchase, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. PostHog analytics follow the project retention configured in EU Cloud. Network traffic uses encrypted transport. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can erase local training history and settings inside IQ Mog, turn reminders or anonymous analytics off, and manage or cancel the subscription in the App Store or Google Play. Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal data processed by us, and you may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or your local supervisory authority.

Children

IQ Mog is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate.
